TERMS OF OPERATION. This Committee will be made up of three members from the Union and three members from the Employer’s group.
TERMS OF OPERATION. PWS commits to adhere to the following terms while operating the Business at the Premises:
TERMS OF OPERATION a) Vendors need to setup their booth on as per timing decided by IRCC.
b) Loading and Unloading - Motor vehicles will be allowed at the Vendor Gate (NOT INSIDE THE HALL) for loading and unloading purposes only. Vendors arriving after 10.00 am on the day of the event will not be allowed under any circumstances. Vendor will follow all rules and regulation described by Broward County Convention Center.
c) Please make your own arrangement to MOVE IN/OUT from the Vendor Hall. NO help will be provided by IRCC.
d) CAR/VAN/TRUCK are NOT allowed inside the vendor hall. Please bring your own hauling cart to move your goods from Hall-A RAMP to the Vendor Hall
e) All construction and dismantling of exhibits must be carried out during the times stipulated in the Vendor Package. No exhibit may be erected after the exhibition opens, or dismantled before the official breakdown time, which is 10:00pm EST.
f) Vendor will be responsible for prompt cleaning of any spills or trash in or near their assigned booth that may pose a safety risk to attendees.
g) No makeshift or hand scribbled signage is allowed. All signage should look professional and identify the individual, company or organization.
h) Whenever possible, crates or boxes will be stored under cover. IRCC assumes no responsibility for damage or loss of packing boxes or crates.
i) Exhibits shall be arranged so as not to obstruct the general view nor hide the exhibits of others.
j) Vendors will list all items they intend to sell during the Festival of Lights Event. IRCC will have the right to enforce the sale of ONLY those items that have been listed for sale. Vendors not complying with the same will be asked to leave the premises or discontinue the sale.
k) IRCC will establish exhibit hours and reserves the right to make changes. However, such changes will be made as far in advance of the exhibition as possible. Vendors are required to keep booths staffed by at least one attendant during all exhibit hours; failure to do so may result in removal of the Exhibit from the show at the Vendor’s expense. Vendors are required to be fully set up one hour prior to the start of the Festival of Lights event and cannot dismantle until after the close of the event.
l) Merchandise, signs, decorations, or display fixtures shall not be pasted, taped, nailed or tacked to walls. No exhibit, merchandise or equipment shall be left in any aisle, but shall be confined to Exhibit space. Nothing should be displayed outside Exhibit space or be...
TERMS OF OPERATION. The Vendor shall operate the Venue on the following terms and conditions:
a) The Vendor shall operate in compliance with the site plan approval from the Municipality and Ministry of Transportation included as Appendix “A”.
b) The Vendor shall have full disclosure of hours of operation except such instances as the closure of Highway No. 21, discontinuation or disruption to utility services not as a result of the Vendors actions, or any item reasonably recognized as Force Majeure, and only for the time in which the Force Majeure remains in effect.
c) The Vendor shall take no action which would result in the Venue or any of the attached uses associated with it, being sold, transferred or in any way encumbered.
d) Allowable Hours of operation of the Food Truck can be between 7 am till 10 pm, seven days a week.
e) Parking of vehicles (Staff, Customers, Delivery Vehicles etc.) relating to the Food Truck will be designated by the Municipality or the Airport Service Provider and at its discretion in areas in which parking may be allowed. As this is a new venture for both parties the Municipality or the Airport Service Provider maintains the right to alter the parking arrangements if it feels necessary to maintain a well-run Airport Facility.
f) The Vendor shall supply their own garbage and recycling receptacles with lids and remove all waste from the property at the end of each day without exception.
g) The Vendor shall keep areas clear of all waste and or clutter during the entire time period of the contract (airports must not have any litter that are attracting birds or other forms of wild life that may become a hazard or nuisance to the public and or air traffic).
h) From time to time special events will be held at the Municipal Airport (example: air shows, open house, meetings, etc.). It is expected that food may become part of the event. The Vendor understands that they do not hold the sole rights to serving food at the Municipal Airport, however they may be asked by the Municipality or the Airport Service Provider to Quote or participate in the event in question.
i) All fixtures and equipment supplied and installed by the Vendor remains the property of the Vendor and can be removed prior to the term of this agreement, providing the Venue is left in a state of repair similar to the start of the term.

TERMS OF OPERATION. (a) This Agreement shall come into operation from the first full pay period on or after 1 June 2008 and shall continue in force until 1st June 2011.
(b) There shall be no extra claims for wages or any other conditions during the life of this Agreement.
TERMS OF OPERATION. (a) The Parties expressly agree that the Terms of Operation set forth overall goals, standards and general operational policies of the Education Corporation and the school(s) and site(s) it is permitted to operate, and that the Terms of Operation are not a complete statement of each detail of the Education Corporation’s or the schools’ or sites’ operations. To the extent that the Education Corporation desires to implement specific policies, procedures, or other specific terms of operation that supplement or otherwise differ from those set forth in the Terms of Operation, the Education Corporation shall be permitted to implement such policies, procedures, and specific terms of operation without seeking the permission of the Trustees or a revision to the Charter Agreement, provided that such policies, procedures and terms of operation and any changes thereto are not otherwise prohibited, circumscribed, or limited by the Act, other applicable law, the Provisional Charter or this Charter Agreement.
(b) Where there is a conflict between the terms of the Charter Agreement and the Terms of Operation, the terms of the Charter Agreement shall govern. Where a provision of the Charter Agreement provides additional terms or conditions as to modifying a specific policy, provision2, or term of operation, such specific terms and conditions shall govern. Where a provision of the Additional Assurances and Terms conflicts with the general Terms of Operation or the Charter Agreement, such provision of the Additional Assurances and Terms shall govern. Where a provision of the Charter Agreement conflicts with the Provisional Charter, the terms of the Provisional Charter shall govern.
TERMS OF OPERATION. (a) This Agreement shall come into operation from the first full pay period seven days after the date of approval of this Agreement by Fair Work Commission (the “FWC”) and shall continue in force until 1 June 2026.
(b) There shall be no extra claims for wages or any other conditions during the life of this Agreement.
(c) This Agreement shall be read and interpreted in conjunction with the National Employment Standards (the “NES”) provided where there is any inconsistency between this Agreement and the NES, the more beneficial provision to an Employee shall take precedence. This Agreement shall incorporate and be read and interpreted in conjunction with the Food Beverage and Tobacco Manufacturing Award 2020 (the “Award”) provided that where there is any inconsistency between this Agreement and a provision of the Award, this Agreement shall take precedence to the extent of any inconsistency and the corresponding provision in the Award will not apply. For clarity, any “award flexibility” term and any “facilitative” provision that are contained in the Award are not incorporated into this Agreement.

TERMS OF OPERATION. Friends shall operate the Pavilion on the following terms and conditions:
a) The operation of the Pavilion must at all times be under the direction, supervision and control of the Board of Directors, Executive and staff or designated members thereof. They shall appoint a representative as a designated liaison person to meet with the Director of Parks and Recreation regarding the terms of this agreement.
b) The Friends shall take no action which would result in the Pavilion or any of the attached fixtures or chattels associated with it, being sold, transferred or in any way encumbered.
c) Friends shall make the building available for use by individuals, business and community groups for activities deemed suitable and at rental rates established by Friends from time to time and these rates shall reflect the local market rental rates.
