Common use of Hours of Operations Clause in Contracts

Hours of Operations. Shuttles using the road past the Senator Gulch gate may drop off passengers between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. at specified locations designated in the attached map. Clients may be picked up between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. at the same locations and returned to a designated meeting point. Shuttles shall meet clients in town of Ouray or other designated municipal location(s), (i.e., not at the Senator Gulch gate parking area);
