For the afternoon shift employees only, provide for three ten minute paid rest periods per day. Y OVERTIME Day shift employees will be asked for overtime in the following order: the person doing the job, then the senior person by rotation, by qualifications and department. Part-time employees shall be paid one and one half their hourly wage rate for all work performed of thirty-seven hours in a week. Sunday Work Work performed on Sunday shall be voluntary and in addition to the regular work week. Employees who volunteer to work on Sunday when stores are open for business shall receive a premium of per hour for al 1 hours worked. For the purposes of clarity "all hours worked on Sunday which is related to the store opening for business" includes hours worked up to three hours before store opening and one hour after store closing and night crew. This provision shall not apply to employees on the night crew who may be required to commence their scheduled shift prior to midnight on Sunday night.
