HOURS WORKED CALCULATION. Overtime payments shall be made to the nearest quarter hour. For purposes of determining overtime, only the actual hours an employee works in each fourteen (14) day work period will be used to calculate overtime. Xxxx leave, funeral leave, vacation leave, personal time, military leave or any other similar leave will not be used in calculating overtime compensation.
