MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR. Employee(s) assigned by the Fire Chief to act in the position of Maintenance Coordinator shall receive at each pay period a payment of $55. Performance of this additional duty will be included on the employee’s performance plan as an additional performance factor and evaluated in accordance with City policy.

MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR. Section 2. Job Postings‌ A. The Board of Education will determine whether and when a job opening exists. All job openings in the bargaining unit shall be posted for seven (7) working days on bulletin boards at West Branch, Rose City, Ogemaw Heights and the Bus Garage, and shall be awarded within ten (10) working days after the closing date of the posting, based on seniority, qualifications, and physical ability. All postings shall state the range of hours in accordance with student schedules, hourly wage rate, the specific description of the job and the building. Employees may be assigned to other areas within a building due to a vacancy or other circumstances on a temporary basis. No employee should sign a job posting unless he/she is physically and mentally able to assume the duties of the job within thirty working days. B. Employees wishing to apply for a position shall follow the directions outlined within the posting. The Union shall receive a copy of all postings and awards. C. After December 1st, any Para Pro position that increases by thirty (30) minutes per day will be filled by current Para Pro for the remainder of that school year and put out for bid at the beginning of the next school year. D. Summer Positions: Summer positions shall be posted and awarded to bargaining unit personnel in accordance with Article IV, Section 2, Paragraph A.
MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR. 1. RESPONSIBILITIES: a. Monitors radios and responds to pilot and aircraft maintenance related calls. Maintains a log of all reported aircraft discrepancies. b. Keeps computer updated promptly and accurately on the status of line aircraft. Updates in the RGO must be made at least five (5) minutes before decision times. The RGO must be updated with the particular task being accomplished, making this information available to all concerned departments. c. May assist personnel as necessary to accomplish all maintenance functions in accordance with Company maintenance manuals, policies and procedures and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations. d. Responsible for safe, economical, and on-time operation of Company aircraft by coordinating and controlling line maintenance in accordance with Company policies. e. Coordinates all movement of entire aircraft fleet by keeping in contact with hangar and line Crew Chiefs. f. Calls for authorization of minimum equipment list deferrals, configuration list deferrals, and deferred maintenance items and relays that information to Aircraft Maintenance Technicians. (Aircraft Maintenance Technicians may also perform this function.) g. Provides workloads with all scheduled checks, oil checks, and list of scheduled required maintenance on all aircraft provided by maintenance planning. h. Coordinates with Crew Chiefs and Operations agents about any possible swaps or delays to clear pilot discrepancies, minimum equipment list deferrals or periodic service checks to set decision times. i. Enters into computer all scheduled periodic service checks and oil checks that have been complied with. j. Accurately answers maintenance delays with on / off times and corrective action. k. Turnover ongoing maintenance to next Coordinator or Supervisor. l. Assures that their work area is maintained in a safe and orderly manner at all times.
MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR. PDK shall be the initial “Maintenance Coordinator” for the Maintenance of the SWQF. The Maintenance Coordinator shall be responsible for determining the Maintenance to be performed on the SWQF as well as the time and manner in which the Maintenance is to be performed. The Maintenance Coordinator shall be responsible for the preparation of an Allocation Notice to be issued to the Associations providing for the respective cost of maintenance to be charged to each Association. The Owners of all lots within the Property, by majority vote, shall have the right to appoint a successor Maintenance Coordinator upon resignation of the initial Maintenance Coordinator. For the purposes of this Section, each residential lot will be allocated one (1) vote; each commercial lot will be allocated four (4) votes.

  • Project Coordinator Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected. Each Project Coordinator shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Consent Agreement and for designating a person to act in his/her absence. All communications between Respondent and DTSC, and all documents, report approvals, and other correspondence concerning the activities performed pursuant to this Consent Agreement shall be directed through the Project Coordinators. Each party may change its Project Coordinator with at least seven days prior written notice.

  • Service Coordinators Each Party has designated an employee or title as the key contact for the day-to-day implementation or monitoring of each Service as specified in the applicable Transition Service Schedule (each, a “Service Coordinator”). The Parties shall direct communications relating to specific Services to the applicable Service Coordinators. The Service Coordinators shall report to the Transition Committee from time to time, as directed by the members of the Transition Committee designated by the applicable Party.

  • Coordinator 6.4.1 The Coordinator shall be the intermediary between the Parties and the Funding Authority and shall perform all tasks assigned to it as described in the Grant Agreement and in this Consortium Agreement. 6.4.2 In particular, the Coordinator shall be responsible for: - monitoring compliance by the Parties with their obligations - keeping the address list of Members and other contact persons updated and available - collecting, reviewing and submitting information on the progress of the Project and reports and other deliverables (including financial statements and related certification) to the Funding Authority - preparing the meetings, proposing decisions and preparing the agenda of General Assembly meetings, chairing the meetings, preparing the minutes of the meetings and monitoring the implementation of decisions taken at meetings - transmitting promptly documents and information connected with the Project,, - administering the financial contribution of the Funding Authority and fulfilling the financial tasks described in Section 7.3 - providing, upon request, the Parties with official copies or originals of documents which are in the sole possession of the Coordinator when such copies or originals are necessary for the Parties to present claims. If one or more of the Parties is late in submission of any project deliverable, the Coordinator may nevertheless submit the other parties’ project deliverables and all other documents required by the Grant Agreement to the Funding Authority in time. 6.4.3 If the Coordinator fails in its coordination tasks, the General Assembly may propose to the Funding Authority to change the Coordinator. 6.4.4 The Coordinator shall not be entitled to act or to make legally binding declarations on behalf of any other Party or of the consortium, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Grant Agreement or this Consortium Agreement. 6.4.5 The Coordinator shall not enlarge its role beyond the tasks specified in this Consortium Agreement and in the Grant Agreement. [Option: 6.5 Management Support Team (Optional, where foreseen in Grant Agreement or otherwise decided by the consortium) The Management Support Team shall be proposed by the Coordinator. It shall be appointed by the General Assembly and shall assist and facilitate the work of the General Assembly. The Management Support Team shall provide assistance to the Coordinator for executing the decisions of the General Assembly. It shall be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Project.] [Option: 6.6 External Expert Advisory Board (EEAB) (Optional, where foreseen in Grant Agreement or otherwise decided by the consortium) An External Expert Advisory Board (EEAB) will be appointed and steered by the Executive Board. The EEAB shall assist and facilitate the decisions made by the General Assembly. The Coordinator is authorised to execute with each member of the EEAB a non-disclosure agreement, which terms shall be not less stringent than those stipulated in this Consortium Agreement, no later than 30 days after their nomination or before any confidential information will be exchanged, whichever date is earlier. The Coordinator shall write the minutes of the EEAB meetings and prepare the implementation of the EEAB's suggestions. The EEAB members shall be allowed to participate in General Assembly meetings upon invitation but have not any voting rights.]

  • Utility Coordination Identify all potential utility conflicts and provide preliminary office check plans showing the problem locations, posted to the City’s FTP site. Plans will clearly identify specific utility company facilities by color and by name (i.e. not just “gas” or “fiber optic”). ENGINEER shall include a conflict list for each utility, also posted to the FTP site. ENGINEER shall meet with utility company representatives to review plans and utility verification forms (Attachment No. 3 to Exhibit “A”) at each milestone date and as directed by the CITY and as determined necessary by the ENGINEER. This in- formation will be compiled into a summary report (Attachment No. 4 to Exhibit “A” also available on the City’s FTP site) maintained and updated by ENGINEER as necessary to present a cohesive and reflective status of utilities, and provided to the City as necessary. ENGINEER shall maintain involvement with utility companies until all conflicts have been resolved (not just identified). When appropriate, the City Engineer will approve the identification on plans of conflicts to be resolved during construction. ENGINEER shall meet with involved utility company/ies and project contractor to resolve any conflicts with utilities that occur during construction.
