Common use of HOUSING COSTS Clause in Contracts

HOUSING COSTS. Housing costs are billed by the University Cashier’s Office for each term. Costs are subject to change annually. Payments must be made in accordance with Xxxxxxx’s Office deadlines. Failure to make timely payment of housing costs may result in termination of this Agreement by NC State University, resulting in immediate removal from the housing facility. Students have the option to set up a payment plan through the University Cashier’s Office.
