HOUSING UNIT ASSIGNMENTS. Housing Unit assignments shall be made by Management in its sole discretion and Management reserves the right to change Housing Unit reservations or reassign tenants. If You desire a Housing Unit change, You may apply to the Management in compliance with Management's prescribed procedures which Management shall have the discretion to grant or deny. Neither the Owner nor Management shall be required to act upon any Housing Unit change request.
