How and When to Apply. Eligible employees who desire to bid on a posted position should make formal application by completing and signing a bid form. The completed bid form must be submitted by 9:00 a.m. on the first work day following the removal date on the posting to the personnel office in the geographic area concerned. A separate bid form is required for each position for which an employee wishes to be considered. If an interview is to take place, the employee's immediate supervisor shall be notified as to the date and time of the appointment.
