How and When to Apply. Eligible employees who desire to bid on a posted position should make formal application by completing and signing a bid form. The completed bid form must be submitted by 9:00 a.m. on the first work day following the removal date on the posting to the personnel office in the geographic area concerned. A separate bid form is required for each position for which an employee wishes to be considered.
