How To Inform The Union Of Recorded Music Use6. 14.3.1 In the five exceptional cases above, the Manager shall report the use of recorded music to the National Office of the MU on a form agreed between UK Theatre and the MU within one month of the intention to use recorded music. 14.3.2 In all other cases the Manager shall report the intended use of recorded music to the National Office of the MU on a form agreed between UK Theatre and the MU not less than 14 days before the first paid performance and the recorded music shall not be used without the MU’s agreement which shall not be unreasonably withheld. 14.3.3 For the avoidance of doubt, consent from the MU is required on a case-by-case basis for interpolated usage / interaction between the music and the performers.

Pursuant to Section 841(d) of the NASA Transition Authorization Act of 2017, Public Law 115-10 (the "NTAA"), NASA is obligated to publicly disclose copies of all agreements conducted pursuant to NASA's 51 U.S.C. §20113(e) authority in a searchable format on the NASA website within 60 days after the agreement is signed by the Parties. The Parties acknowledge that a copy of this Agreement will be disclosed, without redactions, in accordance with the NTAA.
