HR Decision. The Human Resource Manager's decision, with an explanation for the findings, will be provided to the employee, the Union, and the department head within five months of the date the complete audit request was submitted to the Human Resources Department. If the decision supports reclassification and there is a resulting increase in pay, the pay action will be effective the date the request was received in the Human Resources Department. If the decision results in a decrease of pay, the employee will retain pay but will not receive any further increases until the incumbent's pay is within the salary range for the reclassified position.
