Market Study Sample Clauses

Market Study. The setting of pay rates for current unchanged or newly established classifications that reflect the best estimate of what is being paid in the competitive labor market for the classification based upon comparable jurisdictions and benchmarked classifications that are similar in scope of function, duties, and level of responsibilities. The classifications are compared to the labor market in their current unchanged form and only administrative changes to job specifications may result from this process. The 5% rule (2.i) as outlined in Thurston County Compensation Methods and Procedures (as revised May 16, 2005) shall be followed, provided overall consideration is also given to classification series and job families.

Market Study. HHFDC may require the Developer to submit a current comprehensive market analysis substantiating the feasibility of any portion of the Project. The specifications and scope of the market study shall be determined by HHFDC.
Market Study. During mid-term of a contract, a market study may be requested by the Bargaining Unit or the City if there is reason to believe that a classification or position may not be compensated at a market competitive rate. A significant issue in retention, recruitment, or significant disparity with the relevant market will constitute reason for a study. A disparity of 5% or less will not ordinarily result in any change. The result of any market study that indicates more than 5% disparity is subject to negotiations with the bargaining unit.
Market Study. If a Licensee provides a marketing study for a particular geographic region and/or industry segment for which such Licensee has exclusive rights under Section 2.1 (Target Market) which demonstrates that the construction and operation of Plants or Licensee Plants is not economically marketable in the Target Market because of the pricing structure set forth in this Agreement and/or the form(s) of License Agreement attached as Exhibit C, the parties agree to discuss in good faith changes, whether fixed or temporary, to such pricing structure such that such Plants or Licensee Plants would be economically marketable with respect to the Target Market. Likewise, in the event that such pricing structure has been revised as a result of such discussions, in the event that Licensor provides a marketing study with respect to the Target Market which demonstrates that the construction and operation of Plants or Licensee Plants is economically marketable under the original pricing structure hereunder, then the parties agree to discuss in good faith reverting the pricing structure to its original state.
Market Study. Lender shall have received a market study of the Property, which shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Lender; provided, however, satisfaction of this condition shall not constitute a condition precedent to Closing.
Market Study. As a condition of funding, the Department may require a market study to assess the Development’s fiscal feasibility. If required, such market study must comply with the applicable sections of the Guidelines.
