Market Study. The setting of pay rates for current unchanged or newly established classifications that reflect the best estimate of what is being paid in the competitive labor market for the classification based upon comparable jurisdictions and benchmarked classifications that are similar in scope of function, duties, and level of responsibilities. The classifications are compared to the labor market in their current unchanged form and only administrative changes to job specifications may result from this process. The 5% rule (2.i) as outlined in Thurston County Compensation Methods and Procedures (as revised May 16, 2005) shall be followed, provided overall consideration is also given to classification series and job families.
Market Study. HHFDC may require the Developer to submit a current comprehensive market analysis substantiating the feasibility of any portion of the Project. The specifications and scope of the market study shall be determined by HHFDC.
Market Study. During mid-term of a contract, a market study may be requested by the Bargaining Unit or the City if there is reason to believe that a classification or position may not be compensated at a market competitive rate. A significant issue in retention, recruitment, or significant disparity with the relevant market will constitute reason for a study. A disparity of 5% or less will not ordinarily result in any change. The result of any market study that indicates more than 5% disparity is subject to negotiations with the bargaining unit.
Market Study. Lender shall have received a market study of the Property, which shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Lender; provided, however, satisfaction of this condition shall not constitute a condition precedent to Closing.
Market Study. If a Licensee provides a marketing study for a particular geographic region and/or industry segment for which such Licensee has exclusive rights under Section 2.1 (Target Market) which demonstrates that the construction and operation of Plants or Licensee Plants is not economically marketable in the Target Market because of the pricing structure set forth in this Agreement and/or the form(s) of License Agreement attached as Exhibit C, the parties agree to discuss in good faith changes, whether fixed or temporary, to such pricing structure such that such Plants or Licensee Plants would be economically marketable with respect to the Target Market. Likewise, in the event that such pricing structure has been revised as a result of such discussions, in the event that Licensor provides a marketing study with respect to the Target Market which demonstrates that the construction and operation of Plants or Licensee Plants is economically marketable under the original pricing structure hereunder, then the parties agree to discuss in good faith reverting the pricing structure to its original state.
Market Study. As a condition of funding, the Department may require a market study to assess the Development’s fiscal feasibility. If required, such market study must comply with the applicable sections of the Guidelines.
Market Study. On each 18 month anniversary of the later to occur of (a) the date on which the initial Development Loan was made with respect to a particular Approved Project and (b) the most recent date on which Borrower shall have delivered a Power Marketing Consultant's report pursuant to Section 6.4.2(a)(v), Borrower shall deliver to Administrative Agent a Power Marketing Consultant's certificate with respect to each such Approved Project, in substantially the form of Exhibit G-8 hereto, with a Power Marketing Consultant's report attached thereto (which report shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Technical Committee).
Market Study. A. The City will conduct a total compensation market study for the following classes: Police Officer Police Sergeant Animal Services Officer Dispatcher Dispatch Supervisor Forensic Investigator Senior Animal Service Officer Supervising Forensic Investigator
B. The study shall be completed no later than April 30th of the year in which labor negotiations are conducted. The purpose of this study is to determine the competitiveness of total compensation paid to the classes listed above in the market.
C. Upon completion of this market study the City and EGPOA agree to meet to review study findings. Study findings shall be used by the parties in negotiations over a successor Agreement.
D. The following agencies will be surveyed and shall constitute the market: County of Sacramento City of Antioch City of Citrus Heights City of Davis City of Fairfield City of Folsom City of Lodi City of Rocklin City of Roseville City of Sacramento City of Tracy City of Vacaville Total compensation for each agency listed above for all classifications (where applicable) shall be the monthly sum of: Top step in the salary range, maximum deferred compensation, Education Incentive (excluding graduate degrees), POST Certification Pay, employer paid employee share of retirement DocuSign Envelope ID: 930C8BCD-34D0-406F-AA79-682C9E9D89AF contribution, employer portion of retirement paid by the employee, social security, uniform allowance, employer contribution towards health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and long-term disability insurance.

Market Study. The customer is aware that these products involve special concepts for insurance cover and general agreements. These are designed against a background of a balanced price-performance ratio, sufficient regulating experience, good service quality and appropriate financial strength of the insurer. As a general rule, other insurers and cover concepts are not offered in these classes.
