HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Systems. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in the Original Lease, the Amendment or Section 1.1 of this Work Letter Agreement, above, and subject to the TCCs of the last sentence of Section 1.1.1 of the Original Lease, Landlord shall, upon its delivery of the 6310 Expansion Premises to Tenant, cause the Base Building’s HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems to be in good working order.
