I of the Grievance Procedure. The Primary responsibility of resolving differences involving health and safety matters remains with the Plant Supervision and the Local Union Representatives. Health and Safety Work Orders shall be completed within 7 calendar days. If this is impractical, or unattainable, for whatever reason, the delay must be approved in writing by the co-chairs of the J.H.S.E.C. and must include a timetable for completion.
