IBM’s Review of Your. Compliance with this Agreement IBM may periodically review your compliance with this Agreement. You agree to provide IBM with relevant records on request. IBM may reproduce and retain copies of these records. IBM, or an independent auditor, may conduct a review of your compliance with this Agreement on your premises during your normal business hours. If, during the review of your compliance with this Agreement, it is determined you have failed to comply with any material term of this Agreement, in addition to IBM’s rights under law and the terms of this Agreement, for transactions that are the subject of the breach, you agree to refund the amount equal to any incentive payment IBM gave you for the applicable Products or Services or IBM may offset any amounts due to you from IBM.

  • Readiness Review Includes all plans to be implemented in one or more Service Areas on the anticipated Operational Start Date. At a minimum, the HMO shall, for each HMO Program:

  • Claims Review Report The IRO shall prepare a Claims Review Report as described in this Appendix for each Claims Review performed. The following information shall be included in the Claims Review Report for each Discovery Sample and Full Sample (if applicable).

  • Transition Review Period In accordance with Article 35, Layoff and Recall, the Employer may require an employee to complete a transition review period.

  • Claims Review Population A description of the Population subject to the Claims Review.

  • Log Reviews All systems processing and/or storing PHI COUNTY discloses to 11 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY 12 must have a routine procedure in place to review system logs for unauthorized access.

  • Business Review Meetings In order to maintain the relationship between the Department and the Contractor, each quarter the Department may request a business review meeting. The business review meeting may include, but is not limited to, the following: • Successful completion of deliverables • Review of the Contractor’s performance • Review of minimum required reports • Addressing of any elevated Customer issues • Review of continuous improvement ideas that may help lower total costs and improve business efficiencies.

  • Claims Review Objective A clear statement of the objective intended to be achieved by the Claims Review.

  • Review Protocol A narrative description of how the Claims Review was conducted and what was evaluated.

  • Joint Review JADRC may, at the request of either party, review issues arising from the application of this Article.

  • Personnel File Review a. A unit member has the right upon his/her own request to review the contents of his/her personnel file. The review will be conducted in the presence of the administrator, or his/her designee, responsible for the safekeeping of such file. The employee may have a committee person assist in said review. Such review shall be conducted at a mutually agreeable time. A copy of requested material will be provided.
