Common use of ICBC Business Insurance Clause in Contracts

ICBC Business Insurance. Where an employee is authorized to use his/her own vehicle while on the Employer’s business for a sufficient number of occasions in a month to require ICBC business insurance on their vehicle, the Employer shall reimburse the employee for that portion of the ICBC vehicle insurance premium relating to business use of her vehicle.
