Identification of Change Orders. Altisource may identify Change Orders required to bring the property to the desired condition as a result of unanticipated or previously unidentified conditions or events. Altisource will estimate the cost and time impacts of any identified Change Orders and provide appropriate supporting documentation and recommendations.
