Identification of Documents. 17.1 All reports, publications and other documents, except those prepared or completed exclusively for internal use shall carry the following notation on the front cover or title page or, in case of maps, in the title block: "The preparation of this report (map, document, etc.) was financed in part through funds made available by the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission from a grant by the United States (Agency's name). The contents do not necessarily reflect the views or a policy of the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission, the AGENCY or the Federal Government and neither assumes liability for its contents or use".
