Identification Process for Select Patients. Subject to availability of Beds and provisions of this Agreement including inter alia this Article 22, and without any prejudice to Concessionaire’s obligations, the Concessionaire shall provide services to all Select Patients who approach the Project hospital seeking medical attention without any discrimination.
