Common use of If You want to Vacate Early Clause in Contracts

If You want to Vacate Early. You may terminate this agreement prior to the Termination Date by giving Us at least four (4) weeks’ written notice, in which case You will still have ongoing responsibilities including the continued payment of the Accommodation Fee for the remainder of the Residency Period as set out in clause 20.
