Common use of Illegal and Prohibited Uses Clause in Contracts

Illegal and Prohibited Uses. Tenant will not use or permit the Demised Premises or any part thereof to be used for any disorderly, unlawful or extra hazardous purpose and will not manufacture anything therein. Tenant will not use or permit the Demised Premises to be used for any purposes that interfere with the use and enjoyment by other tenants of the Building or Complex or, in Landlord's opinion, impair the reputation or character of the Building, Complex, Landlord or Landlord's Agent. Tenant shall immediately refrain from and discontinue such use after receipt of written notice from Landlord.
