Illegal Equipment. Employees shall not be required to drive equipment that does not conform to applicable City, State, and Federal vehicle codes. The Port shall reimburse employees for all fines and make whole any loss in pay resulting from arrests and/or citations for driving illegal Port equipment. Drivers shall not suffer a loss of working hours or pay for refusal to operate an illegal company vehicle which is a bona fide safety hazard.
