Illegal or Immoral Use. Use or permit the user of, any portion of the Said Apartment, for any illegal or immoral activities.

(a) the possession, cultivation, use and/or supply of illegal drugs;

(d) storing or handling stolen property.
Illegal or Immoral Use. 12.1 The Tenant will not use the Premises for any illegal immoral or improper use.
12.2 The Tenant will not use or consume in or about the Premises any prohibited or controlled substances or drugs.
