Controlled drugs definition

Controlled drugs means those drugs as defined in Connecticut General Statutes § 21a-240.

More Definitions of Controlled drugs

Controlled drugs means those drugs covered under the federal Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention Control Act of 1970, as amended, or the Illinois Controlled Substances Act.
Controlled drugs means “controlled drugs” as defined in Section 21a-240 of the Connecticut General Statutes;

"Controlled drugs" does not include alcohol, nicotine or caffeine;
Controlled drugs means prescription medicines that are controlled under the Misuse of Drugs legislation (and subsequent amendments). These medicines are called controlled medicines or controlled drugs. The Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001 has a full list of controlled medicines.
