Effect of cessation or determination of Agreement 35. (1) On the cessation or determination of this Agreement —
Cessation A Person shall cease to be a General Partner upon the transfer of its entire interest in the Partnership or upon any event of withdrawal set forth in the Act. Upon the occurrence of any such event of withdrawal, such Person or its transferee shall have the right to receive distributions and allocations with respect to its Partnership interest, shall be treated as the transferee of a Limited Partner, and shall have the right to become a Substituted Limited Partner upon the unanimous written consent of the Limited Partners.
Portability of Service An employee hired by the Hospital with recent and related experience may claim consideration for such experience at the time of hiring on a form to be supplied by the Hospital. Any such claim shall be accompanied by verification of previous related experience. The Hospital shall then evaluate such experience during the probationary period following hiring. Where in the opinion of the Hospital such experience is determined to be relevant, the employee shall be slotted in that step of the wage progression consistent with one (1) year's service for every one (1) year of related experience in the classification upon completion of the employee's probationary period. It is understood and agreed that the foregoing shall not constitute a violation of the wage schedule under the collective agreement."
Anti-‐Abuse Registry Operator may suspend, delete or otherwise make changes to domain names in compliance with its anti-‐abuse policy.
Prevention of Avoidance The Parties shall implement as necessary requirements to prevent Financial Institutions from adopting practices intended to circumvent the reporting required under this Agreement.
TERMINATION, SUSPENSION OR ABANDONMENT 9.1 This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon not less than seven (7) calendar days' prior written notice should the other party fail substantially to perform in accordance with the terms of this Agreement through no fault of the party initiating the termination.
Suspension or Termination In accordance with 24 CFR 85.43, the Grantee may suspend or terminate this Agreement if the Recipient materially fails to comply with any terms of this Agreement, which include (but are not limited to), the following:
Termination for Catastrophe In event of Catastrophic Damage, this contract may be modified un- der B8.32, following rate redetermination under B3.32, or terminated under this Subsection. Such termination shall not be considered a termination under B8.34.
