Illegally-Used Drug any prescribed drug which is legally obtainable but has not been legally obtained or is not being used for prescribed purposes, and all designer drugs not listed in the Controlled Substances Act (e.g.: MA, fentanyl, etc.).

Alcohol and Drugs Service Provider agrees that the presence of alcohol and drugs are prohibited on the Work Site and while performing their Services.
