Common use of Illegally-Used Drug Clause in Contracts

Illegally-Used Drug. any prescribed drug which is legally obtainable but has not been legally obtained or is not being used for prescribed purposes, and all designer drugs not listed in the Controlled Substances Act (e.g.: MA, fentanyl, etc.).
