Specific Requirements for Automobile Liability Contractor shall purchase and maintain coverage with split limits of $500,000 per person (personal injury), $1,000,000 per accident occurrence (personal injury), and $100,000 per accident occurrence (property damage), OR combined single limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence to cover such claims as may be caused by any act, omission, or negligence of Contractor or its officers, agents, representatives, assigns, or subcontractors.

IN NO EVENT WILL REGISTRY, CTIA, NOR EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, SHAREHOLDERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, SUBCONTRACTORS AND AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), ARISING OUT YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE OR A CSC, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF REVENUE OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOST BUSINESS, LOST DATA, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER DAMAGES OR LOSSES THAT RESULT FROM MISTAKES, INACCURATELY ENTERED DATA, UNAUTHORIZED USE, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, ERRORS, DEFECTS, DELAYS IN OPERATION, OR ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, WHETHER OR NOT LIMITED TO ACTS OF GOD, COMMUNICATIONS FAILURE, THEFT, DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO INSTITUTIONS RECORDS, PROGRAMS OR SERVICES. YOU AGREE THAT THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY REPRESENTS A REASONABLE ALLOCATION OF RISK. IN NO EVENT, SHALL REGISTRY, CTIA, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, SHAREHOLDERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, SUBCONTRACTORS AND AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY AMOUNT EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY YOU FOR A CSC REGISTRATION. THIS PROVISION SHALL SURVIVE TERMINATION OR EXPIRATION OF THIS AGREEMENT.
Exclusions and Limitations for Third Party Software SUBJECT TO THE EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES STATED IN SECTION 9.2 AND WITH RESPECT TO THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND REGARDLESS OF THE NATURE OF ANY CLAIM SHALL SAP OR ITS LICENSORS’ BE LIABLE FOR AN AMOUNT IN EXCESS OF THE PAID LICENSE FEES FOR THE THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE DIRECTLY CAUSING THE DAMAGES.
Insurance, Subcontractor's Public Liability and Property Damage The Contractor shall require each of its subcontractors to secure and maintain during the life of the subcontract, insurance of the type specified in this Contract, or, the Contractor may insure the activities of its subcontractors in the Contractor’s policy, as specified in this Contract.
Additional Insured Status and Scope of Coverage The County of Los Angeles, its Special Districts, Elected Officials, Officers, Agents, Employees and Volunteers (collectively County and its Agents) shall be provided additional insured status under Contractor’s General Liability policy with respect to liability arising out of Contractor’s ongoing and completed operations performed on behalf of the County. County and its Agents additional insured status shall apply with respect to liability and defense of suits arising out of the Contractor’s acts or omissions, whether such liability is attributable to the Contractor or to the County. The full policy limits and scope of protection also shall apply to the County and its Agents as an additional insured, even if they exceed the County’s minimum Required Insurance specifications herein. Use of an automatic additional insured endorsement form is acceptable providing it satisfies the Required Insurance provisions herein.
Maintenance of Coverage Consultant shall not cancel, assign, or change any policy of insurance required by this agreement or engage in any act or omission that will cause its insurer to cancel any insurance policy required by this agreement except after providing 30 days prior notice to the City. If an insurance policy required by this agreement is unilaterally cancelled or changed by the insurer, Consultant shall immediately provide written notice to the City and obtain substitute insurance meeting the requirements of this agreement. Nothing in this paragraph relieves Consultant of its obligation to maintain all insurance required by this agreement at all times during the term of the agreement.

Partner agrees that nothing in this Agreement will be construed to imply that NASA authorizes, supports, endorses, or sponsors any product or service of Partner resulting from activities conducted under this Agreement, regardless of the fact that such product or service may employ NASA-developed technology.
Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance A. During the term of this Agreement, Contractor shall at all times maintain, at its expense, the following coverages and requirements. The comprehensive general liability insurance shall include broad form property damage insurance.
Malicious Use of Orphan Glue Records Registry Operator shall take action to remove orphan glue records (as defined at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/committees/security/sac048.pdf) when provided with evidence in written form that such records are present in connection with malicious conduct.
Rectification of Safety Hazard 60.12 Where, because of the existence of a safety hazard, a site has been stopped for a defined period of time and Employees sent off site by agreement between Site Managers and any combination of Union Official/s, Health and Safety Committee, those people who remain on site to do rectification work will be paid at the rate of double time for all such work.
