Warranty Work definition

Warranty Work means parts, labor, and any other expenses incurred by a franchised dealer in complying with the terms of a manufacturer's or distributor's warranty.

Warranty Work means any and all repairs or corrective work that OPERATOR is required to complete to fulfill its warranty obligations under Section 8.5

• In the event any amounts are required to be paid to third parties to perform Design-Build Improvements Warranty Work, payment of such amounts shall be the responsibility of the Design-Builder.

More Definitions of Warranty Work

Warranty Work means work, including diagnostic labor, performed by a dealer in order to fulfill the obligations of a manufacturer, distributor, wholesaler, factory branch, or distributor branch warranty. “Warranty work” shall also include work arranged to be performed by a dealer if such work is authorized by the manufacturer, distributor, wholesaler, factory branch, or distributor branch in order to fulfill the obligations of a manufacturer, distributor, wholesaler, factory branch, or distributor branch warranty.

Warranty Work has the meaning specified in subsection 5.1(D) (Limitation on Payment for Costs of the Design-Build Improvements).
