Information to the Union 16-5.1 The Board shall make available to the Union upon request and with reasonable time to respond any reasonable information, statistics, and records which are relevant to negotiations, grievances, or necessary for the proper and legitimate enforcement of the terms of this Agreement. Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by Connectel under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by Connectel as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by Connectel for other purposes (including, but not limited to, Connectel’s own use) must be purchased by Connectel pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs.

Handling Sensitive Personal Information and Breach Notification A. As part of its contract with HHSC Contractor may receive or create sensitive personal information, as section 521.002 of the Business and Commerce Code defines that phrase. Contractor must use appropriate safeguards to protect this sensitive personal information. These safeguards must include maintaining the sensitive personal information in a form that is unusable, unreadable, or indecipherable to unauthorized persons. Contractor may consult the “Guidance to Render Unsecured Protected Health Information Unusable, Unreadable, or Indecipherable to Unauthorized Individuals” issued by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to determine ways to meet this standard.
Recruitment Through Jobcentre Plus 5.1 One of the key objectives of the Department for Work and Pensions is to move people from welfare into work. DWP has a Great Britain-wide network of Jobcentre Plus offices that provide job broking services for unemployed people. The Contractor is therefore required to notify Jobcentre Plus when recruiting staff for any entry-level job vacancies located within Great Britain, which may arise from the delivery of their contract to the Authority.
LEAD PAINT DISCLOSURE (a) Lead Warning Statement. Housing built before 1978 may contain lead based paint. Lead from paint, paint chips, and dust can pose health hazards if not taken care of properly. Lead exposure is especially harmful to young children and pregnant women. Before renting pre 1978 housing, landlords must disclose the presence of known lead based paint and lead based paint hazards in the dwelling.

Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop Software Subscriptions Software Subscriptions for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktops and Workstations are subject to the parameters set forth in Table 6 below. Each Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop and Workstation Software Subscription includes one Red Hat Network system entitlement and one Smart Management Module, each to be used solely with a single Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop or Workstation System. Production Support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop subscriptions is limited to web-based support only for your helpdesk support personnel. Red Hat is not obligated to support your end users directly.
Cable Television, Telephone & Internet Services Long Distance calling may be done only through the use of a prepaid phone card or by charges made to a third party number if using a provided, in room telephone. Neither the Institution nor the Manager guarantees the availability of telephone service or cable television services. If the Resident wants additional cable television, telephone or internet service above and beyond any that may be provided as “standard” in the Residence, the Resident must submit full details to and request and obtain the prior written approval of the Manager and Institution. With respect to Internet Services, the Institution may at its discretion only allow either the standard provided service or the approved alternate service and not both at the same time (Residents will need to complete the Institution’s standard forms issued by their IT department). Cutting of wiring, boring of holes, the use of wireless routers, routers, or switches are not permitted. Any unauthorized services or equipment may be removed by the Manager, at the Resident’s expense, without notice or liability. All Residents are subject to the Institution’s and/or Service Provider’s current Internet, cable television and telephone enrolment and usage policies.
PROVISION OF MANAGEMENT INFORMATION 15.1 The Supplier shall, at no charge to the Authority, submit to the Authority complete and accurate Management Information in accordance with the provisions of the Framework Agreement Schedule 8 (Management Information).
