Immediate Fees and Charges. Prior to District’s issuing a conditional Will Serve letter as set forth in Section 18a., Owner will pay the District the total amount calculated by the District for immediate costs related to engineering and legal review, clerical support, plan checking, accounting and miscellaneous services in connection with the implementation of this Agreement, plus any other applicable District fees and charges. Owner’s payment to District pursuant to this provision shall not relieve Owner of responsibility for any other applicable District fees and charges related to this Agreement.

  • Other Fees and Charges Additional fees (including but not limited to, property taxes, fuel surcharges, interest fees, license fees, and late payment fees except where permitted by section 215.422(3)(b), F.S.) or fees not permitted elsewhere in the Contract are prohibited.   • Personal Expenses Personal expenses for purposes of this Article are defined as dry cleaning, laundry, baggage handling, and personal telephone calls. Employees continuing in a travel status in excess of one week who do not return home during that week may claim reimbursement not to exceed $16.00 per week for laundry and dry cleaning and pressing expenses for each week after the first week. If an employee returns home during a period of time in which he/she continues in travel status, the employee is not eligible for reimbursement for laundry, dry cleaning or pressing in the subsequent week. Receipts must accompany the claim for reimbursement. The employee's judgment is to be used regarding baggage handling expense. Actual personal telephone call charges shall be reimbursed. Documentation is not required; however, an Agency may, at its discretion, request documentation of charges to be reimbursed. The maximum reimbursement for each trip shall be the result of multiplying the number of nights away from home by three dollars ($3.00).

  • CONTRACT LIMIT, FEES AND EXPENSES changing the not-to-exceed amount of the Contract from ONE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED NINTY THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($1,790,000.00) to TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($2,100,000.00), as approved by the Executive Director on October 22, 2021.

  • CONTINGENT FEES Contractor represents and warrants that no person or selling agent has been employed or retained to solicit or secure this Master Contract upon an agreement or understanding for a commission, percentage, brokerage, or contingent fee, excepting bona fide employees or bona fide established agents as defined in the Federal Acquisition Regulations.
