Common use of Immediate Notice of Loss, Damage or Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Immediate Notice of Loss, Damage or Disclosure. CONTRACTOR must notify STATE immediately upon any loss or damage to STATE records, including during any shipping of records provided by CONTRACTOR, and upon any disclosures of STATE records in violation of this Agreement. CONTRACTOR understands that immediate notice is crucial to recovery efforts, including but not limited to freeze drying of water damaged records and taking steps to minimize or prevent further improper disclosures.
