Common use of IMMEDIATE RELEASE FROM DUTY Clause in Contracts

IMMEDIATE RELEASE FROM DUTY. A Flight Attendant who is injured in the line of duty and unable to perform flight duties or who is involved in an aircraft accident, who so requests, will be relieved from duty. Such Flight Attendant will be given a deadhead flight on-line transportation to return to domicile on the first scheduled flight, if the Flight Attendant is medically able to fly.
