Common use of Immigration Compliance Clause in Contracts

Immigration Compliance. From and after the date hereof and following the Closing, Purchaser shall, or shall cause its applicable Affiliates to, take all action necessary to process and support visa, green card or similar applications in respect of Business Employees as of the Closing Date.

Immigration Compliance. From and after the date hereof of this Agreement and following the ClosingClosing Date, Purchaser shall, or shall cause its applicable Affiliates Affiliate to, take all action necessary use commercially reasonable efforts to process and support visa, green card or similar applications in respect of Business Transferred Employees as of the Closing Date.
