Impact of Evaluation on Professional. Standing Performance evaluations on employees who are required to maintain professional accreditation as a condition of employment by individuals who are not accredited in the same field will be‌ based on the work performed for the University as a member of the University’s staff. Pursuant to the evaluation of an employee under Article 6, if there are concerns about an employee’s performance for an employee who is required to maintain professional accreditation as a condition of employment, those concerns will be taken up by the University with the professional association for investigation. In those circumstances where the University requires an employee to have and maintain professional accreditation as a condition of employment, the University shall not knowingly require an employee to work in a manner that constitutes a violation of applicable rules and regulations published by the employee’s licensing or professional body.
