Technical Objections to Grievances It is the intent of both Parties of this Agreement that no grievance shall be defeated merely because of a technical error, other than time limitations in processing the grievance through the grievance procedure. To this end, an arbitration board shall have the power to allow all necessary amendments to the grievance and the power to waive formal procedural irregularities in the processing of a grievance, in order to determine the real matter in dispute and to render a decision according to equitable principles and the justice of the case.
File Management and Record Retention relating to CRF Eligible Persons or Households Grantee must maintain a separate file for every applicant, Eligible Person, or Household, regardless of whether the request was approved or denied.
DAMAGE TO COUNTY FACILITIES, BUILDINGS OR GROUNDS 8.16.1 The Contractor shall repair, or cause to be repaired, at its own cost, any and all damage to County facilities, buildings, or grounds caused by the Contractor or employees or agents of the Contractor. Coverage F – Medical Payments To Others We will pay the necessary medical expenses that are incurred or medically ascertained within three years from the date of an accident causing "bodily injury". Geographic Scope, Governing Law & Venue This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of the Customer Business Address without regard to any contrary conflicts of law principles and excluding the United Nations Convention for the International Sale of Goods. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE STATE 3.2.1 The State will identify a Project Manager for the Project. The Project Manager will be the sole point of contact between the Contractor and the State.
