Common use of Implement Recommendations and Strategies [Ongoing] Clause in Contracts

Implement Recommendations and Strategies [Ongoing]. The implementation of recommendations and strategies identified and agreed to in earlier phases shall be ongoing, subject to adjustment and review as provided in subparagraph (c) above and paragraph 4 below. The initial and ongoing implementation of the recommendations and strategies under this Agreement are contingent on the School District’s ability to pay the costs of implementation within the constraints of its annual budget.
