Common use of Implementation and Status of an approved CCN Clause in Contracts

Implementation and Status of an approved CCN. Upon signature of the CCN by both Parties, the CCN will have immediate effect and will constitute a binding contractual agreement between the Parties. The CCN will serve as an applicable document to this Contract.
