IMPLEMENTATION OF ADJUSTED CHARGES. 4.1 Variations in accordance with the provisions of this Framework Schedule 3 to the Charges shall be made by the Authority to take effect: 4.1.1 on the Adjustment Date where an adjustment is made in accordance with paragraph 2.1.1; or 4.1.2 in accordance with Clause 33.2 of the Framework Agreement where an adjustment is made in accordance with paragraph 2.1.2; or 4.1.3 where the Supplier notifies the Authority in accordance with Paragraph 2.2 (as applicable) that it is able to decrease the Charges, on 1 June for assessments made on 1 May and on 1 January for assessments made on 1 December, and the Supplier shall amend the charges shown in the Framework Schedule 3 to reflect such variations.
