IMPLEMENTATION OF ADJUSTED CHARGES. 6.1. Charges varied in accordance with the provisions of this Schedule shall be amended by the SERVICE PROVIDER to take effect on the relevant date. 6.2. Notwithstanding paragraph 6.1 of this Schedule, no amendment to the Charges pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 4.1 of this Schedule, shall be made during the first three (3) months after the Effective Date.
