Common use of Implementation of Approved Plans Clause in Contracts

Implementation of Approved Plans. The Shareholders shall cause the Company to implement, and to conduct the Project in accordance with, the Approved Strategic Plan, the Approved Operating Plan, the Company’s Marketing Plan, and the Marketer’s Marketing Plan.
