Common use of Implementation of Arbitration Awards Clause in Contracts

Implementation of Arbitration Awards. To facilitate implementation of the Award, the arbitrator who heard the threshold issues and/or merits of the case will retain jurisdiction until the Award is implemented. Arbitration Awards will be implemented as soon as possible following the final decision. A decision is not considered final until all exceptions, if any, are resolved.
