Implementation of Safeguards. Institution agrees to implement and maintain at all times during the Term of this DAA, and thereafter while maintaining copies of MSSNG Data, the minimum data security safeguards described in this DAA, and such other safeguards as Institution deems necessary or appropriate to protect the security of the MSSNG Data.
