Implementation of the Arrangement. 64. Any modification to this Arrangement (including any addition to the list of Authorities which are parties to this Arrangement) should be explicitly agreed in writing by all Authorities.

Implementation of the Arrangement. The Arrangement will be implemented in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Plan of Arrangement, the Interim Order and the Final Order.
