Common use of Implementation of the Convention Clause in Contracts

Implementation of the Convention. This Agreement shall apply to all investments made by investors of one Contracting Party in the territory of the other contracting party prior to or after its entry into force. however, it shall not apply to any differences or disputes which have arisen prior to its entry into force.

Implementation of the Convention. (1) This Agreement shall apply to all investments made by investors not restrict in any way the rights and benefits which an investor in the territory of one the other Contracting Party Party, under national or international law in the territory of the other contracting party prior party. (2) This Agreement shall apply to all investments, whether made before or after its entry their introduction into force. however, it but shall not apply to any differences dispute concerning an investment which arose before its Entry into Force, or disputes any claim concerning an investment which have arisen prior to was settled before its entry into force.

This Agreement shall apply to all investments made by investors nationals or companies of one Contracting Party in the territory of the other contracting party prior to or after its their entry into force. however, provided that such investments are acting as and legally operating at that time, it shall not apply to any differences or disputes investments which have arisen prior to its entry into forceshall be held alternately in the scope and application of this Agreement.
