Common use of Implementation of the Policy Letter Clause in Contracts

Implementation of the Policy Letter. 3. The Borrower shall ensure that the policies adopted and actions taken prior to the date of this Loan Agreement under the Program as described in the Policy Letter and the Policy Matrix, continue in effect.
