Implementing Agencies. (a) The Recipient shall ensure that MOE, ECG and VRA are maintained at all times during the implementation of the Project with functions, staffing and resources satisfactory to the Association, for the purpose of ensuring the prompt and efficient implementation of the Project.
(b) Without limitation to sub-paragraph (a) of this paragraph, MOE shall be responsible for the overall coordination, management, monitoring and evaluation of the Project.
Implementing Agencies. Implementing Agencies responsible for the CBC programmes will be the Phare CBC Implementing Agency of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works.
Implementing Agencies. (1) Each Party shall designate an authorized agency to implement its obligations under this Treaty.
(a) The United States Government hereby designates the Department of State as its authorized agency.
(b) The Government of Australia hereby designates the Department of Defence as its authorized agency.
(2) A Party may change the designation of its authorized agency by written notice to the other Party through diplomatic channels.
Implementing Agencies. (a) Without limitation to the provisions of Section A.1 and A.2 of this Schedule, the Recipient shall ensure that Ministry of Transport and Works, MoHILP, and NEMO are maintained at all times during the implementation of the Project with functions, staffing and resources satisfactory to the Association, for the purpose of ensuring the prompt and efficient implementation of the Project.
(b) Without limitation to provisions of sub-paragraph (a) immediately above, the Ministry of Transport and Works shall be responsible for the overall supervision of works under the Project, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Operations Manual.
Implementing Agencies. The NFP Program will be provided by the Nurses who will (1) be employed by or under subcontract to the IAs, (2) be appropriately OLFHQVHG XQGHU 6RXWK &DUROLQhaDve¶cVompQletXedUVLQJ training in the NFP Program as evidenced by NFP Certificates of Completion. The IAs will be enrolled Medicaid providers and have a contract to perform the services under the HV Pilot Waiver. The following IAs are approved to participate in the PFS Project as of the Effective Date: x Carolina Health Centers x South Carolina DHEC Upstate Region x Greenville Health System x Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System x South Carolina DHEC Midlands Region x South Carolina Office of Rural Health Orangeburg Healthy Start x South Carolina DHEC Pee Dee Region x XxXxxx Home Health x South Carolina DHEC Low Country Region Any additional IA that NFP proposes to participate in the PFS Project pursuant to this Contract will have to be approved by SCDHHS in its discretion and CMS will have to approve an amendment to the HV Pilot Waiver prior to the IAs participation. NFP may remove any IA from the PFS Project in its discretion and must immediately notify the other Parties of this action.
Implementing Agencies. (a) Without limitation upon the provisions of Parts A.1 and A.2 of this Section, the Recipient shall ensure that TRA is maintained at all times during the implementation of the Project with functions, staffing and resources satisfactory to the Association, for the purpose of ensuring the prompt and efficient implementation of the Project.
(b) Without limitation to sub-paragraph (a) of this paragraph: (i) TRA shall be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, financial management, procurement, monitoring, evaluation, reporting and communication of Program activities under the Project; and (ii) Tax Modernization Program Unit shall be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of activities under Parts 3, 4 and 5 of the Project .
Implementing Agencies. Each Subproject shall be implemented by a Water Company responsible for the day-to-day implementation activities including procurement of civil works and equipment, operation and maintenance of Project facilities, and debt servicing.
Implementing Agencies. The Parties designate the following competition authorities to implement this MOU:
(a) for the TETO, the Taiwan Fair Trade Commission (TFTC), and
(b) for the IETO, the Indonesia Competition Commission (ICC).
Implementing Agencies. The funds allocated to support activities in Bulgaria will be made available by means of the “Kozloduy International Decommissioning Support Fund”.
Implementing Agencies. Without limitation to Part A.2 of Section 1 of this Schedule: (a) DPP shall be responsible for planning and coordination of Project activities, including preparation of progress reports for submission to the Association, and arranging with other departments of MoEVT (Zanzibar) for implementation of Project activities; (b) DTE shall be responsible for developing and delivering in-service upgrading courses for teachers, revising teacher’s curriculum, strengthening capacity of school management and organizing training workshops; (c) DCE shall be responsible for conducting workshops and revising school curriculum; and (d) the Procurement Management Unit shall be responsible for, inter alia, procurement and preparation of tender documents.
