Implementing Procedures. (1) The Joint Trust Fund Committee shall determine the fiscal procedures, including remedies, to be used in implementing this Agreement, provided that the Fiscal Procedures Agreement, referred to in sections 211 and 212 of the Compact, as amended, together with any amendments to it over the 20-year Compact, as amended, period, shall be the basis for such fiscal procedures, unless otherwise agreed by the Original Parties.
