Improvement of Road. In the event that the owners of all of Lots 9, 10, 11, and 12 agree to improve the portion of the private road lying within Easement B with gravel or pavement, then the cost of such improvement and all future maintenance of the improved road shall be as set forth in Paragraphs 2, 3, 4 and 6 of this Section II.
