Improvements, Fixtures and Equipment. 5.1 If the Location is other than a Turnkey Restaurant, then this Section 5 will apply to the building, reconstruction, remodeling, or other changes necessary to conform the Location to the requirements set forth in this Section or as provided and updated by the Company from time to time in accordance with this Section.
