(4) The beneficiary shall furnish, if requested by the County, a compliance report concerning our employment practices and policies in order for the County to ascertain compliance with the special provisions of this affidavit concerning nondiscrimination in employment. (5) In the event of the s beneficiary’s noncompliance with the nondiscrimination clause of this affidavit, the award may be canceled, terminated, or suspended in whole or in part, and the beneficiary may be declared ineligible for further County grants and/or awards. (6) The beneficiary shall include the special provisions outlined herein pertaining to nondiscrimination in employment in every contract, subcontract, lease or agreement related tothe award, so that such nondiscrimination in employment provisions shall be binding on each subcontractor or vendor.
